Centralized Student Information
The higher educational technology landscape is vast, offering students a wide range of educational services that are not always used to their full potential. In interviews with stakeholders, it came forward that there is still room for improvement in the interoperability between these services. With this project, we want to create a platform where these services come together for better interoperability, making better use of the Microsoft ecosystem that is already in place and only providing students with the services that are relevant in that context.

UNIDATA creates better interoperability between Microsoft Teams and the institute's LMS (Learning Management Solution), currently Canvas, which turns data into actionable insights within Teams, giving the student a better overview and saving time. The application is build using the Teams Toolkit and Azure tools. By using SSO (Single Sign On), OAuth connection we ensure that student data is secured.
